Only finished the room a couple years ago.
Enjoyed being out there untill my leg finally gave out.
Recently finished the door, with lock.
So, at least it is half assed secure.

You have quite a nice setup there Bears.

JD Miller 09-06-2013 09:38 AM

 Cool. Very nice !

I have to get a R.E. appraiser to come out for a Property appraisal write up.

They have to come in your house and look around. I think I am going to box up everything in my reloading room. Alot of work

Funny that you should mention "Appraiser".
Had the County Appraiser out a couple days ago.
Took some external pics of the place.
Didn't go inside the barn, where the "room" is located. :D

Excellent reloading room, I'm jealous of all the bullet casting equipment you have.

Have only added two, in the last 20 years, all the others were acquired over a ten year period when I was VERY active.

Still looking for more lead to cast.
Just something I really like to do.

I like how you made all the shelfs and counter areas and storage under.

Kinda like mime 'cept mine's not as big and mine is half assed thrown together as needed to expand. I used a couple solid wood exterior doors I got off jobs as my counter tops

10 Bears 09-06-2013 10:12 AM

My counter tops are 1"+ cement forms.
Have no idea where they came from, but they made good counter tops.
I still use clamps to cinch down the tools though.

Dang! I'm behind! highfive

That's just one corner (and a small corner) of the old rabbit barn.
The building is over 50'x50'.
That 'room' was the original horse shelter, over 20 years ago.
Used it as the 'anchor' to start building that damned barn.
Spent three years expanding, and building, for the commercial rabbits.
Now the bunnies are gone, the whole thing was to become my shop.
Well, the shop idea worked, for a few years.
Then the body started going downhill.

Accept for my 'Man Cave' the rest has become 'storage'.

Sometimes I like to just sit out there and contemplate the stuff.
Load a round and take it outside and let off a bang.
Frustrating, it is.
