Coffee!
We were given a Keurig coffee maker for a present.
This little coffee maker makes 1 cup at a time, using little packets of your favorite flavor. From the time I put the packet in, to the time the coffee is done is a matter of about a minute... http://www.keurig.com/ I don't drink much coffee, but when I want it, I won't drink a whole pot of it so this works out great.

Approximately how much ground coffee is in a packet?
A tablespoon? More or less? I used to have a "one cup" coffee maker. But the actual "cup" was really a one cup measure. Just wasn't enough coffee, made each time, to satisfy me. |

It has about a tablespoon in each pocket. It makes a standard coffee mug full - about a cup and half.
There are a lot of different brands that are put into the packets to choose from, too. |

I can make a "Mug" size cupfull, with our 10 cup coffee maker.
I like coffee, so I use about 2 big spoon fulls when I do that. I'm not much for "exotic" coffee. I'm all for the caffein, but it HAS to be in coffee form. Can't drink tea at all, unless it's iced. Hot tea has a tendency to hit my stomach and bounce. |

I like all types of coffee, the espresso machine is the one we use the most, maybe 3 or 4 times a day but it only makes about 1/2 of a Styrofoam cup, if you want good espresso and I can drink that very quickly.

Just remembered, I have a little "steam" coffee maker.
It makes a "demitass" size cup of STRONG coffee. If you drink many of those it will wire you up QUICK! |

I was working out of town & spent the night @ my buddies house. As he pulled his out of date eggs from the fridge I asked about a cup of coffee instead. He said he did not have any cartridges for their coffee maker.

I have a cheap "4 cup" coffee maker, I.ve had it for about five years, still works. Though if you count coffee mugs, it really only makes two. Which is about right for me, as much as I love coffee, to much is one of the triggers for
the silent migraines that I'm subject to. |
