I didn't feel comfortable asking him how much it was worth.....he keeps it wrapped in paper inside a case.

this guy collects hollywood memorabilia...he has 2 rooms in his very large home dedicated to storing his collection.

A lot of the stuff he has are clothing costumes........most i saw were made by western costume...including the planet of the ape gorilla suits.

He has clothing from the TV show wild wild west as well.

How does he prove where the stuff came from? Does he have a receipt and letter of authenticity for each item?

he has provenance documents and photos with these items that he is just as proud of as the items themselves.

I wanted to see more of his stuff.....but as a guest i felt constrained by the fact that i just met the guy and didn't want to seem like an asshole.

He knows i am into guns so he showed off the items he thought would interest me....and i thought you guys would get a kick out of seeing that holster in particular.
