Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Got it hooked up and it's like having a tower in our front yard, but it's a little box on a cabinet. It's a fully functional cell, but with security measures.

so you get a good signal now. Good deal then. Charge them rent if it's in your property

It's only for our use. Somebody may get a good signal, but they can't use it unless I add their number. I looked into a tower and almost did it. At the time they were paying something like $1,500/mo per billboard (antenna), depending on traffic. I would have the investment in the tower and whatever footprint the tower/housing they require. That land would be no longer usable to us.

All they need is a small room with AC and lots of power, probably a 10X10 and another 10X10 area for the antenna ...for $1500 a month I'd let them have their 400 square foot space. That's what a two bedroom apartment rents for down here.

There's no guarantee of income with these. It goes off call volume and they may not even plant the cell. They set up a trailer mounted temporary cell for however long and see if volume warrants it. Another minus is we are in a bottom surrounded by hills, here.

That's way cool that they hooked you up without a hassle.

I like it. Just have to remember to turn the phones off at night, now.

I was really tossed on this deal. On the one hand, we like not getting cell service down here, but on the other hand, Princess's boss can't seem to remember we have a home phone too. Everybody forgets the home number when you give then a cell number.
