The new Firefox. Fast for good.
Firefox just upgraded us without asking. Any thoughts on Firefox Quantum?

It's incredibly fast, but they've taken a lot of the old add-ons out. Right now, I'm looking for reliable replacements for Flash Block, No Script and a few others. Ad Block Plus still works, though.

Speed Dial?
I turned off updates... I like slow and old fashioned.

I gave up on Firefox after it turned into slowfox with all their add on's.
It was maxing out my processor and grinding everything to a halt. |

I've got automatic updates turned off on Firefox. I won't update until I hear other people's opinions of an update.
My phone is another thing. Firefox automatically updated on my phone and it's garbage now. I'm going to start using a different browser.

The new Firefox is fast and changed the add-ons as well. The ones that were discontinued were older software that was not kept up to-date. There are alternatives for some, that were deleted. Very happy with it so far.

I guess the thing I don't like is the elimination of the drop down bookmark menu.

Researching FF58 beta 4 and it seems you can run some of the legacy add-ons, such as NoScript and such. You can play with the settings to allow legacy add-ons in "about:config" in 57, but there are stability issues with that.
