Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Dinkydow, you probably were using the wrong grip. The old gunfighters gripped it very high, cocking the hammer with the entire thumb of the shooting hand over the hammer, with the hammer against the web of the shooting hand. It does not roll nearly as bad and is a much better pointer that way.

Due to a sciatica problem a gunbelt and holster is very uncomfortable for me. I have two Diamond D chest holsters that solve that problem for me. One for 4" Smith K frames, and one for my Ruger Blackhawk in .45 colt with the 4-1/2 barrel. Can walk, ride motorcycles, drive the truck or boat, and the guns are out of the way. Doesn't interfere with shooting a long gun. You might check out Diamond D holsters.

Thumbs up

Since i bought that first Italian SAA replica i have bought 4 more of them in various barrel lengths and finishes.....Im really having fun pretending im a cowboy and loading black powder Colt.45 loads for these.

A couple days ago i hiked through the desert to the Salt river using a dry creek bed as a path...I saw a lot of big cat foot prints in the dry sandy creek bottom and i was sure as hell glad i had that smoke wagon on my hip.

I bought a W.m. Brown 1870's style slim jim holster and belt for my 7 1/2" barreled SAA clones.........Brown is a holster maker who has his leather shop right across the street from the O.K. Coral in Tombstone Arizona.
