I have two WD, one hooked up to the computer with a lot of files and photos, another hooked up to my network in a different area of the house with a duplicate of all files. No, this one in a solid state drive inside the computer, I'm replacing the one there also adding more memory. I can access those files from anywhere in the world. I also have another 2 T drive with a copy of everything put away. I believe in redundancy.
