WTB: A2 upper receiver

Doesn't have to be Colt made... can have patina and used. It just needs to work.

My son gave me one a few years ago. It was used. The only thing it came with, was intact rear sight w/ windage & elevation knobs. He said he had spent a couple hours removing 'paint' or whatever it was coated with.

I ordered all necessary Upper parts and bought a complete Anderson Lower for it, and had a friend (he's a 02/07 FFL), put it all together for me. When I picked it up, he said to me, "That upper looks awesome, has the perfect 'patina/wear' on it. You should find a gravel road and hook it to a chain and drag it down the road a couple miles to get the rest of it to match the upper".

I've never bought from that company either but, the price isn't out of line at all.
