Best results we have with homemade french fries...we have a mechanical cutter that cuts taters into fries... soak in cold water with sea salt about 45 minutes before frying..strain them real good before frying.

I had to sneak in the back door of a convenience store to acquire those beers.

That gal in the video is sure enough cute but she didn't sell me on making my own fries. Watching that video wore me out. For all of that work I'll just go to McD's and buy some.

When I want french fries I make my own. They are a lot better than any restaurant fries.

I always use new oil and Russet potatoes.
