Shit on a shingle
I have not bought ground beef in a very long time simple because I know just how dirty the grinders tend to be. For some reason I really would like some shit on a shingle this morning for breakfast.
I noticed the wife bought a Stouffer's Creamed Beef yesterday & honestly I'd rather have the ground beef version. The Stouffer's will have to wait as we she didn't buy shitty white bread. |

Buy your own meat grinder. Even a hand grinder would suit your needs, I'm sure.

I loved that stuff for breakfast in the Army, with two over easy eggs on top. I make it every Saturday.

Once the temperature reaches 180º everything is safe to eat.

My mom used those small jars of Armour salted beef (the ones the size of weird cheese products) torn into pieces to make SOS. It was so good I couldn't understand all the people whining about growing up eating SOS. Then I found out what they were eating was shit.

I know some make it w/ hamburger meat, but I've only ever had it with dried beef and I liked it as a kid and still do. It's kinda like the yankee version of biscuits and gravy.
