I was just wondering what a good price would be on a Model 65 .357 with a four inch barrel.... It was a State Police Issue pistol...... its in very good condition.... And the guy wants $250 for it... sounds good but I'm not really up on pistol value....
Oh yeh its SS or nickel not really sure Thank for any help........ Last edited by KY-AK; 07-29-2006 at 12:20 PM. |

If it's in good shape, that's about right. I've got a model 65 that I bought new when S&W first started making stainless steel firearms. It's my favorite carry gun.

There is one of gunbroker for $300.
There aren't any bids on it and it has 4 days left. I would say $225 to $250 would be decent provided finish isn't too scratched up. Alot of scratches can be buffed out if it is stainless |
