The trick to making delicious french fries at home
Here’s the secret: In order to get perfect french fries, almost all chefs and professional kitchens use a double-fry method to cook their potatoes. Very similar to the one reason restaurant fried chicken tastes better than yours, this two-step process ensures that your spuds will cook all the way through, while also achieving that golden-brown-delicious crust that everyone loves. http://www.foxnews.com/food-drink/20...tcmp=obnetwork Sounds interesting and kind of easy I have to give it a test run.

Fuck FRENCH FRIES! I'll fry home fries for breakfast on a regular basis. Perhaps we need McDonald's recipe where french fries can hide under the seat of a car for months & stay mold free.
