Need a new cell phone help
Is there a good place to buy a cell phone?
Probably a samsung Not sure what to get ? Do I need 5g ? Hardly any service is 5g anyway Just a good smart phone for as less $$ as possible Was looking at the A42 samsung , but I dont think need to spend that much , dont know? I think you can get a phone cheaper than the service provider's deals ? ? ? Im considering Visibles service, powered by verizon. It's $40 per month unlimited

I've always had I Phones, but Samsung are very good too. Get one that you can afford and you like the features. Most companies will sell you one with the service to be paid in installments somehow. I buy them outright from the Apple Store and for $4.00 more they even bring them to me personally.

I got a Samsung S20 a few months back and like it a lot. I jumped from a Samsung Galaxy 7 to this one. I bought it through T-Mobile and pay for it monthly.

Buy a new line of phone always, they discontinue service and support for older ones rather fast. My old IPhone 7 had to be canned, so I got my daughter a 12 and kept her 10. 8 will follow suit rather quickly, don't buy that.

My current cellphone is a Samsung Galaxy S9.5 that I used @ work & they helped pay for 23% of the initial purchase & 16% of the monthly bill. Now that I am retired, the discount will go away for the monthly bill & I need to get something that won't cost a C-note a month.
Apple I phones are out of the question & I am not paying a grand for another phone. Reading this thread helps, but not to the point of getting the new phone & service. I will keep reading till that time comes as I am not glued to the phone all day. |

I dont want a used phone FloridaAKM check out Invisible phone service, They are Verizon network. But you cant call them and get any info . Just a goofy website and a chat(suck) thing to ask questions Its unlimited $40 per month total. No Tax/fees added later, they tell me I think Im going to try Visible, switching from verizon |

Nice thing about most android phones is they don't become obsolete in 6-7 years. You could use the oldest Samsung made. But, it would be slower and it wouldn't have as much ram, or hard drive space. And it wouldn't be able to run some of the newer apps.
