Why did the judge return firearms to a mutt , who isn't an American citizen and has a criminal record ?? Why wasn't he deported ?? If he came here from Europe , not a citizen, and got locked up , you can bet your last dollar he would have been deported. The Sgt's surviving family should sue the judge , the Houston District Attorney, and the Texas State Attorney General. There is no way this should have occurred. 1) They are allowed to be armed for the Revolution.
2) Criminal aliens are allowed to be armed because they are the right aliens to move the Revolution forward. 3) Without arms the criminal alien is useless without armed criminal aliens the Revolution is useless. 4) If the criminal alien is deported he can no longer move the Revolution forward.
