Just thought I'd introduce myself,my 1st post here. I'm over here for a bit to see whats going on and to see the guys that are here that are no longer on Gunco,,

thought you'd get away now didn't ya boys???

I miss talking to you guys, you know who you are,,and we've had many a good conversations before. So jump in and say Hi.

For you guys that don't know me,,yes I build,,but only recently started again after a >15 year sabbatical. I've only done 3 in the last 2 years, a Muaser, a 03 Springfield and a AMD65 which I just finished up last week,pics to follow if you'd like me to put them up,I'm a X-tree cop(Forest Service 12 years,,lol), LOVE hot rods and have 2 done and one other to restore and go to shows all the time, Marine and body mechanic for well >30 years,had rods sense I was 15 starting in the mid 60's , ice fisherman to the MAX,hunter, vet,and what ever else there is I guess.

I'm sure some of the same guys that are at/left Gunco,,

will still give me CRAP even here ,,

rif raf is like that ya know!!

but It'll be just like old times,,,,

But anyways ,,,,whats up guys, I'll go through the threads and get a talking to ya later about something or other,,I'm sure.

Hey TWA, once upon a time we migrated from Gunsnet and started Gunco, eventually things didn't go well so a group of us started this one.

Oh OK aviator,, I'm not quite used to how things worked around here quite yet. I seems most every forum site is a bit different. Thanks for the heads up.

I presume you fly? I used to years ago but after starting my second family I had to give it up,,just to spendy!! Plus I just had to many other expensive hobbies. Guns, hot rods, boating fishing ect,,,and most of all,,,,,KIDS!!!

Pa and I had mutual shares in a Luscombe at one time and Pa had a B-25 and a Beach Barron. He passed 2-3 years ago and hadn't flown for 6-8 years before that because of heart and diabetes issues. I miss flying and working on the 25 allot. I never even got a license but did spend several years and hours in the air with Pa. When I planed on retiring I was going to get back into it again but now it's here, I have inner ear issues,,so I'm earth bound now,,Good fun back in the day though. I soloed in a Stearman crop duster, so that will give ya some idea of my age!!! OLDER THAN DIRT!!!

I was going to post up some pics of our planes, but I see that's one of those things ya can't do till ya get a certain # of posts, obviously,,,,

I'll do it at some point in time, just remind me sometime when were talking after I get enough posts.
