Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

If the commies ever succeeded in making guns "illegal" that is precisely how i would go about making a receiver for one........

Wow..there are a lot of forging videos there.

Well, I have my piece of railroad track for an anvil and an old barbecue for a forge. I could steal one of my daughter's hair driers for a bellows...and I have hammers and a bucket.

I can get tongs at the feed store....

Guess there is no excuse, is there?

No excuse at all, unless you plead "arm muscles are sore!"
'Cause they sure will be when you're done.

The blacksmith trade is very interesting IMO

My mother maiden name meant knife maker in German.

Never seen a blacksmith with white pants before, better yet he didn't get them dirty.

At the State Fair on Saturday, there was a boy of about 11 or 12 at the Blacksmith's forge making something...I think it was a cooking fork.

We watched him for a little bit, but he got nervous with my two teenaged daughters and my 20 yr. old niece looking over his shoulder and he started making mistakes...
