Had a Flashback to London Last Night
And made some Fish and Chips.
I made the fish, the wife the "Chips". 1cup All Purpose Flour 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1 teaspoon Black Pepper 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Onion Powder 1 Egg 1 12 oz Beer. Mix it all up real good. roll the fish on corn starch first, then drop in batter and into 350º hot oil. Cook until golden. Came out good.

Beer batter is great for any seafood aviator. You should have invited Rick over for dinner.
