Those are some pretty nice setups. If I were looking for an extender, it would one of the two Netgear offerings, because I have always had great performance from their products.

I use a dual band Netgear half way through the house, it slows the signal down about 20%-30% but it gets there.

Instead of an extender, I would go with a mesh system. With a WiFi range extender you have two (or more) separate WiFi networks. With a mesh system, you can move from one end of the house to the other without changing networks.
WiFi range extenders repeats a signal. Repeating causes signal loss. Mesh networks are more efficient and seamless. And they are a lot easier to set up, using your smart phone. You have a lot of choices for a mesh network: Google system, Samsung, Linksys, and Netgear. I have a Google mesh system. My WiFi signal is strong all through my small house and in my back yard to my fence. And the signal is strong in my front yard all the way to the street. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/google-...?skuId=5706130

I take back my comment above. After clicking on your links you are talking about a mesh system.
