Drink lots of fluids on those pain meds. Some people they put to sleep some they keep you wide awake. I have been off and on them for the last 20yrs. +.. Used properly and as directed they are a life saver and allow you to psychically function somewhat normally. Constipation will hit when you first start them.
V.A. won't give me opioids but their giving me Suboxone 'Buprenorphine'. Their o.k. guess some morphine somewhere in them.. Soon as your feeling better best get off the damn things.
