    Beer Brats Wisconsin Style

Usingers and Goose Island 312 beer brats poached in beer butter and onions then grilled. Just horseradish mustard. Cheers gents.

Those look good! I have the same grill grates. They sure are handy.

I just wish I could figure out how to duplicate the German street vendor brats. Been trying for 35 years or so. Can't even find a video online that shows just how they cook them. Closest I can get is to grill them over charcoal, but it still doesn't hit that same flavor.

The Adolfs are right about one thing, ketchup ist scheiße.

Brown them in bacon grease and/or kraut brine.

I loves me some Kraut bratwurst grilled, then done up with spicy deli mustard.

I figured I would have my own Oktoberfest. Hit the range today with step son. Shot his Sig Fuse. Very nice. Shot my Glock 30S with new sights and Canik TP9SF Elite and Browning Buckmark. Good day!
