IMG_1901.jpg Friday evenings I started going for a few beers 🍻 at the marina with friends. A couple that I’m friends with she works the beer bar called Limestone Louis.
Knowing the calories in beers I tend not to eat there, and the food aint that good. With Friday night beers running from 6:00 to 8:00, it’s to late to eat so I have a decent late lunch.
90% of the meat that I buy is marked down and mostly steaks. Two steaks to a pack is how they come, so that what I cook and eat. Today strips steaks rare and an avocado with a Topp Chico. I trim away all the fat and gristle for the dog. He has as yet to complain.
