      Wow! That brisket looks so good it ought to be illegal!

      I love cooking on the grill. It's a blast.

      Today I grilled/smoked a 3-pound pork tenderloin on a cheap-ass Webber grill with oak wood only. The bottom vent was open 100% and the top vent 50%. I cooked it for 2-1/2 hours. When I finally took it off, the temps ranged from 200 - 250. Yeah... a little high, but a few morsels I peeled off and ate were incredible. Jury is still out until tomorrow.

        pork tenderloins generally ain’t that big. Sounds more like a boneless loin roast. These are pork tenderloins.
