Looks like the meat I grilled yesterday. It was good. I don't know what it was called, the wife got it from Whole Food.

I prefer well-done steak, but I think I would have made an exception here. What you cooked looks picture-perfect like in a recipe book or a menu. I'll bet it tasted great.

I try to not cook the nutrients out of beef & lamb. Hell chicken cooked to the right internal temperature is way better same with pork.
