Leftover prime rib, sliced thin, very thin
Grilled cheese sandwich, but with a wad of sliced meat and some green chili peppers.
Usually with a glass of milk

Damn that is a nice looking rib. Horseradish mixed in sour cream on the side? Either that or Peking duck would be my once in every so often favorite meal..
Buy the big whole bone in rib on sale cook then cut in to dinner size ribs seal in vacuum bags and have rib dinner whenever yah like.

My one neighbor works in the gulf of America out of Louisiana. He was gone 2 months straight when he first got hired on. Back during Christmas he bought 2 whole ribs, and did exactly what you mentioned. And what prime rib without horseradish sauce.

I keep jar of roasted garlic on hand. A squeeze of that roasted garlic on that prime rib with course salt & fresh cracked pepper might even be better!
