    Ribeye to the rescue

Tomorrow, I'm spending the day repairing and restoring the vintage 1950 septic tank drain field on my property. It's not really what I wanted to do, but great times just the same. Wife shows up today with a white paper package. It's a ribeye steak. In between my septic tank duties, I'll somehow find time to work in grilling a fine ribeye to perfection.

I'm far too cheap to buy a ribeye for myself. I always opt for chicken or pork, which I love, but it's not the same. Wife is allergic to pork and beef, so it's all mine. She bought it just for me. Not worthy.

A single rib eye seems like a pan sear would be simplest way
