Chicago style Italian beef sandwiches were one of my father-in-law's specialties. He taught me how to make them, but they never come out like his.

Finding the right rolls for them here is in possible. How something as simple as bread. Can be all fucked up is beyond me.

While that looks delicious, it is definitely not Chicago Italian beef. Its pot roast.
