    Hemorrhaging money

    boon I like that. When you turn the heat from high to low does it react quickly or do you have to wait awhile for it to drop temp.??
    I know induction is the new fangled thing but gas is still the king for cooking.

      It's as responsive as a gas burner. And it heats up really fast. It really is impressive. The only down point was it's not cheap & replacing my cookware wasn't either but it will out last me.

      I also bought a new Bosch dishwasher that's really impressive. It's only like 42 or 44 dc. The racks inside of it are supper adjustable & it has a lot of settings. I really don't care about the wifi.

        Interesting thank you. Yup but for all us poor folk out here gas and cast iron cookware are still the way to go. Someday I will give that induction a shot. šŸ‘

            My house is all electric. I really couldn't see adding propane for the added cost. It was one of the only negatives to this house, but that induction range really does rock.

                Cast Iron is an approved medium to use. I have used my cast iron comal to heat tortillas and it heated up fast & cooked well.

                    I've heard good things about them Boon. My glass top stove is about 19 years old and still works well, but if I was to replace it I'd go induction type.
