    Air Fryers

Last year my wife bought an air fryer based on the recommendation of a friend. I thought it was just some gimicky kitchen tool we'd never use. I couldn't have been more wrong. The thing is fantastic! It makes perfectly "fried" potatoes without the big mess in the kitchen or constant attention to a skillet. Yesterday, she fried up some smoked chicken sausages in the air fryer. Same deal. They turned out better than if she fried them in oil on a stove top.

I was thinking about getting one of those. What kind did you get and what would you recommend Johnny? Live by myself, I hate everyone' 😊 So one or maybe a couple of girls stop by or a few Vet friends.
So nothing to big. I love cooking but dislike the cleanup. I have to have clean.

The air fryer we have is Kucadir 10-quart, model AG69B1T. Wife chose this one because she wanted one with a ceramic coated interior. She says it's easy to use and really likes it. One thing she does differently is that she uses a glass cooking pan that fits inside the fryer. This makes cleaning it easier.

I have one at home and one at work.
Disposable liners for the work one and zero cleanup but with a very slightly different cooking/reheating experience.
It makes pizza better the second day than straight from the a pizza place.
          It really shines on leftovers.
I guess we use the liners mostly at home too, it's hard to believe how many pots, pans and utensils it takes sometimes for just two people.

We use the liners in our fryer and are well worth the expense.
My wife cooked some fried green tomatoes a few days ago. They were every good as those cooked in oil if not better. Fried chicken and country fried steak comes out great too.

My wife got one a few years back and loves it. She likes to use it on fish & vegetables and a few other items. Hers is a Philips I believe and only takes about a teaspoon of olive oil to run. 👍 And yes, taters come out great as well as hash browns.

We love ours. My wife even bakes croissants in it. she'll cook ribs, chicken, french fries, meatballs...you name it, then we stick it in the dishwaher and we're done. (the pan part, not the electric part, of course)
Sometimes I wish I had a Harry Potter's wand and make people go up into smoke.
