    Looks good!

Got a Boston Butt about ready to come off the Ugly Drum Smoker (UDS). I'll pull it down and freeze the meat in separate portions for several meals. Some will be for pulled pork sandwiches. Some will be for carnitas tacos and/or burritos and some for other things I can make with it.

That looks very lean. I've had reindeer burgers, not as gamy as I thought.
Sometimes I wish I had a Harry Potter's wand and make people go up into smoke.

Elk is very tasty. You'd think it would be like deer, but it is closer to beef than deer.

Colorado the crew I was working with were hunters and they all had elk meat. Yup closer to beef I agree. Some of the best tasting steaks I ever et.

I've heard moose is really good, too, although I've never tried it.
