The video itself is comparing SAS special forces to regular US Army units. Kind of like apples and oranges. If they compared them to LRRPs, Rangers, or Green Berets, it would have made more sense.

Good point Sanders. Yes the American Army's attack plan in general was to bomb the living piss out of an A.O. then go in in force. Same as the Marines hitting a beach. K.I.A. and wounded were sadly still high as those being attacked knew damn well they were coming.
The S.A.S. would have none of that deciding instead for total stealth search find observe then retreat and only then call in the big guns. It must have worked well for them as in their 4+ years of fighting they only lost four K.I.A.

Geez that is funny I would like to think I could kick their ass but I don't think so. 😀No those S.A.S. guys were good mrkalashnikov a Navy S.E.A.L. I know worked with them and said they were some of the best. The Aussies were good also. I like the fact they did not wear helmets. Damn I hated that helmet it felt like you were moving around like a damn robot.
