Ukrainian soldier takes close range fire, gets shot, loses his rifle, then goes hand-to-hand with Yakut (Asian) Russian soldier, and dies by his enemy's knife.

This may well be the first ever knife-to-knife video in war ever captured on video.


Ukrainian loses his rifle and has to go hand to hand with a Russian in a knife fight - and loses. From a translation someone posted elsewhere, the Russian tells him he fought well at the end.

The Russian put a frag under the Ukrainians chest plate. Damn that will do it.

ADD: Thinking about that I wonder why he did not just toss a frag at the Ukrainian when he was in or next to that building? It would have saved all that cutting and slashing and hard work.
