    Ruger wrangler and super wrangler

Local shop finally got one in, all black. I don't really care for the ones colored bronze, silver or purple, etc. They also had one of the super wranglers. Barrel is about an inch longer (5.5 in.) and comes with adjustable rear sights. 22 mag cylinder included. Need to find some wood grips now like I put on the ones I gave my sons.

I was fooling around on Amazon the other day and saw some nice wood grips for the Wrangler. Around $20-$25, if I recall.

I used to have a Ruger Single Six years ago, but sold it for some reason. It's been on my bucket list to pick up a replacement some day. If I'd do it all over again, I'd go with the 6.5" barrel. I've heard good things about the Wrangler as well.

That's who I've ordered from before (and again today). I like their rosewood and mother of pearl inlay grips.

How do you like it, been thinking about getting one to pass to my grandson in the future.

I like them. Nice, solid revolvers with good fit and finish. Not a big fan of Ceracoating, but an all steel blued gun would up the price a lot. I like them over the Heritages because they don't have that goofy safety lever. Gave each of my sons one.

I wish they'd make one in all stainless steel.

I was at my local FFL for other business and a used Ruger Wrangler followed me home. Nothing fancy. Fixed sights, bronze color, 5" barrel. Looks like a fun little plinker.
