    Ban cardboard gun boxes

I'd rather spend a couple more bucks when buying a handgun and have it come in a plastic hardcase rather than the crappy cardboard boxes many companies use.

Paper and cardboard attract and absorb moisture. I've found that it's essential to wrap those well oiled pistols in plastic if they're going to be stored in the original factory cardboard box.

I just pulled a Heritage revolver spare cylinder out of the box and found the edge touching the box rusting. The revolver wss bagged but I forgot to do the same with the spare cylinder.

Plastic hardcases are the way to go.
