Charlie Kirk, the co-founder of Turning Point USA, has been shot. The suspect is in custody, Utah Valley University said in a statement.

According to Kirk's spokesperson, "Charlie Kirk has been shot at Utah Valley University. Condition unknown."

Video posted from the event appeared to show Kirk being shot as he spoke to the crowd from under a white pop-up tent. After the shot, the crowd dispersed, with onlookers shouting "Run, run, run!"

Vid. shows the perp at elevation aprox. a few hundred yards away. Just a guess on my part now but their was no 'crack' sound from his weapon so he may have had a suppressor?? Shot hit the poor guy directly at his Juglar vein on his neck. Planned shot if so guy is one hell of a marksman?
