Tennessee explosion: Multiple people dead after blast at military munitions plant

Multiple people are believed to be dead following a massive explosion at a military munitions plant in Tennessee, according to authorities.

The blast occurred on Friday morning at Accurate Energetic Systems near Bucksnort, Tenn., a town about 60 miles southwest of Nashville on the border of Hickman and Humphreys counties.

At least 13 people are unaccounted for, Hickman County Mayor Jim Bates told ABC News. Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis confirmed that the explosion caused “some” fatalities, but did not provide a specific number

A "Hold ma beer and watch this" moment? Someone really fucked up this morning. I heard it was an explosive manufacturing plant for the military, not ammo? It was heard 12 miles away...

Hopefully it wasn't a case of intentional sabotage

That's what I figured, a few pounds of C-4 and someone testing a new blasting cap....for the last time.
