He said whatever is duplicate we can have for about .25 on the dollar but he needs to get rid of them, he wants to remodel the room and there is so much shit there you can't walk around it.

They own several businesses, restaurants, skating rink, etc, my son hooked up with them servicing their restaurants, funny thing my father in law (who was also a plumber) used to service them way before my son got into the business. They go way back and knowing my son he'll make a crazy low ball offer and talk him into it. We'll see
