Safelite refused to come to me. Then my windshield was broken then they fucked my on follow up visit with not having the replacement on my next appointment. Hour and half drive one way fuck them, never again

Same here refused to replace a windshield on a 1961 Willys CJ5 jeep were playing around with here turning it into a WWII gun jeep. I had a brand new frame and the seals which I paid out of pocket for. Insurance was giving me $700 which I told them they could have just put it together. Nope jeep is to old can't do it.
Girl I spoke with? Thank God I speak Spanglish as I could barely understand her. My neighbor did it for me in about a 1/2 hour. Frig them never again.

Safelight is way more expensive than independent glass repair places. I got quotes for my 2001 Dodge Ram and everyone was $3-400 except a couple small independent places who will replace it for $220. Apparently, they all get their glass from the same warehouse, so it doesn't matter who you use.
