    Christmas Day weather here . . .

Today's temp is 80°, tomorrow is going to cool down to 79° and no rain in sight. We'll be eating on the deck tomorrow enjoying the company, food and the Flarda sun.

I hope that all y'all have good weather and a great holiday.

Shirtsleeve weather here - in the 60's.

We are having our big Christmas dinner tonight. I have a turkey on the rotisserie attachment for my smoker the girls had me open early for my Christmas gift. I brined the bird in cranberry juice overnight and it turned it pink. No injections, no basting, just some rub on the skin. Hope it turns out good.

It was nearly 50° here today. Mostly sunny. Supposed to rain all day tomorrow. Ill take rain over snow anytime.

40° outside and very, very, lightly raining. Looks like a gray overcast day with intermittent rain is going to be Christmas day here. Think I will stay inside and tend my fire, pet cats, eat to excess and nap. Another day of ridding the gravy train.

To the mods: every time I post “twelve inches” shows up. What’s up with that?

Well that figures, didn’t do it that time…sorry for the bother. Merry Christmas

Try orange juice cut a bit with water brine next time Sanders. Guests will pick up on the OJ flavor no discoloration and wonder what that taste is.

Should be our typical 70+ degrees and sunny today.
Gonna head out to the daughters house soon to spend the time with the kids and the grands.
                          Merry Christmas, gentlemen

Sometimes I wish I had a Harry Potter's wand and make people go up into smoke.

My wife has a thing for seeing snow on Christmas Day. I had to drive her an hour and a half up the damn mountain (Mt Hood) just so she could look at a few inches of snow. I ever run into Bing Crosby I’m gonna kick him right in the angelic balls for making that damn movie.

                              Merry Christmas ya basterds!
