Early this morning I had an appointment with my eye doc to have a YAG capsulotomy.. A procedure that removes clouded tissue next to the new lens that was replaced with the cataract surgery last summer. A laser is used and it only takes a few minutes after wading through all of the nurses' prep. I had my right eye done today and my left eye gets done in two weeks. My eye is still dilated so bright light is uncomfortable.
I don't have to wear glasses anymore and am loving it. But jeeze I missed the parade today . . . maybe next year.
