It is not technically a racial profiling map tool. It simply allows you to show on the map where the most people with names you can select live & then sort by proximity to businesses like liquor stores, Waffle House, & methadone clinics.

I feel like there's a market be a White Guy Realtor who only sells White families homes in White neighborhoods without the buyers knowing what's up but they live a more peaceful life because of it.

lucky for you Google exists,,you can google demographics of the area you are looking in and such ,,I've been looking at areas on Relator .com down south to buy a retirement property,,evrytime I find a deal it's in a bad neighborhood...it's gonna be a long search I think

Boris most all the real estate deals I have bought started in a bar. Not saying you have to drink now. But find a locals bar in the A.O. you like and just get to talking with them.
