I am just guessing here this guy is the son maybe of Lord Louis Mountbatten? Lord Mountbatten was killed by the IRA which was a terrible shame as he was and incredible hero from WWII. From working closely with Merrill's Marauders 'Burma campaign' to having a ship sunk from under him and being one of the few survivors.
The old Blue Blood royalty had some class the new breed are low lives. Queen Elizabeth's passing seems to have turned the page on the old breed and opened the doors for the new dregs of society.
