    New Glock 19 Gen 6

1.jpg I gave my Gen 3 19 to my son. Got a RXM...not unhappy but the 19.6 called my name. Now I'll have both. Carry accordingly.

WHy is everybody using those straight triggers now? My new Springfield has one too.
Sometimes I wish I had a Harry Potter's wand and make people go up into smoke.

They probably ran out of the curved ones and just reached in and grabbed the straight?

I replaced the trigger and trigger bar on all of my glocks with Apex brand trigger and trigger bars. It makes the trigger much smoother.
We have met the enemy and he is us.

I run CMC triggers in a few of my ARs. The new flat Glock triggers are similar. I prefer them. The old curved Glock triggers always irritated my finger after a couple hundred rounds. Especially the serrated ones.

I don't understand all the new generations of Glock. They're all essentially the same gun. I am perfectly content with my Gen 3 Glock 27. That being said, my edc is a revolver.

I was a Glock fanboy Had a 27, 19, 21, 30S all Gen 3 so whenever that was maybe late 90s early 2000s. Still have the 21 & 30S. Let the others go and moved on to other platforms. When the RXM dropped it seemed like Glock Perfection perfected to me so I grabbed one. Been carrying it since and like it a lot. Its reliable and accurate enough and carries well. Then the Gen 6 dropped and I liked some of the features but what hooked me is the extractor plunger configuration and optic mount. Glock engineered an extractor similar in concept to Shadow Systems with no extractor plunger/spring all the way to the rear of the slide so no optic screw binding issues using full length screw on the right side. Already had the holsters and mags so no brainer.
