Kid Rock Shows Off Photos of Army Attack Helicopters Over His House

An investigation is underway after Kid Rock posted a video online that seemingly showed a U.S. Army Apache attack helicopter flying low outside the singer's home near Nashville.

A spokesperson for the 101st Airborne Division, in Fort Campbell, Ky., told NBC News and local outlet WSMV that the two AH-64 Apache helicopters were following a training route in the Nashville area on Saturday, March 28 — and that their presence was "entirely coincidental" to the No Kings protests taking place that same day.

The musician, 55, posted two videos to X on Saturday, showing him applauding and saluting a helicopter as it hovers near his outdoor pool before flying off.

That's killer! How would they punish the Apache pilots? Send them to Iran? They're probably going over there anyhow.

Altitude violations over property only apply if you do not have permission to descend below the usual altitude restriction which is 1000ft AGL (above ground level). So if Kid Rock had no issue with it then they can even land as long as they are at least 1000ft horizontal from another structure. That said I am sure the military has their own protocols but they still have to comply with FAA regs unless they are in a MOA or some other military area. That all said who cares. Good relations with the citizens is important.
