DOJ charges Southern Poverty Law Center with fraud

Washington — A federal grand jury in Alabama indicted the Southern Poverty Law Center on 11 counts of wire and bank fraud-related charges on Tuesday, the Justice Department announced, accusing the organization of paying members of extremist groups as part of its efforts to investigate them.

"The SPLC is a nonprofit entity that purports to fight white supremacy and racial hatred by reporting on extremist groups and conducting research to inform law enforcement groups with the goal of dismantling these groups," Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said

HGdarjZWIAAIUsD.jpg The founder, Morris Dees was a scoundrel from day 1. I remember when they listed Sierra Times as a White Supremacist web site. A site owned by a black man married to a jewish woman.

Most of these "equality, minority, black" non-profits are nothing but a scam. Someone with connections and deep pockets entices the government to create and give them a grant, everybody gets a piece of the action except the intended audiences (or unintended, whichever the case may be).
Sometimes I wish I had a Harry Potter's wand and make people go up into smoke.

That's the worst part of it - our tax dollars going to fund the scam running against us, like so many other NGOs.

"SPLC admittedly uses an off-shore database of American citizens (used by ANTIFA to allegedly commit acts of 18 USC 2331 (5) domestic terrorism), while influencing Federal, State, and Local Bureaucrats to circumvent Legal Designations of ‘Terrorism?’ (SEE EXHIBITS 1-3) Megan Squire.

Dr. Megan Squire (Elon University & SPLC) created and uses a database (called ‘Whack A Mole’) to privately track those whom she deems ‘extreme’ ‘white nationalists.’ Her database, by her own admission, is housed offshore.

She is employed by SPLC. SPLC uses their servers to access her database. By her own admission, she feeds information from her database to ANTIFA “who can weaponize it.” She is a Belfer Fellow for ADL. Please See Exhibit #1.

CONCERN: is SPLC & possibly ADL aiding & abetting ‘Domestic Terrorism’ (18 USC 2331 (5) via the efforts of Dr. Megan Squire. Belfer Family. The Belfer family supports the ADL’s “Center for Technology and Society” and it’s “Belfer Fellows” program to: “…study disinformation, deplatforming, and toxicity in online games” and “advance ADL’s work by promoting awareness around online hate and digital citizenship, as well as implementing these projects for the wider social good.” http://adl.org/belfer-fellows

The Belfer family also funds the Harvard Kennedy School’s “Belfer Center” and the Center’s “Intelligence Project” to: “…build a new generation of intelligence practitioners…and to help future policymakers and intelligence consumers…” http://BelferCenter.org/project/inte...igence-project
Paul Kolbe is a Belfer Center – Intelligence Project Fellow.

On September 19, 2023, he was appointed to the DHS “Homeland Intelligence Experts Group.” He served for 25 years in the CIA’s Directorate of Operations and was a member of the Senior Intelligence Service. Please see Exhibit #2.

CONCERN: is the Belfer Family knowingly or unknowingly financing “Domestic Terrorism’ through the ADL’s Belfer Fellow Program and, by extension, Harvard’s Belfer Center – Intelligence Project; who has ties to DHS? SPLC.

SPLC’s ‘Intelligence Project’ domestic intrigue and Harvard’s Belfer Center ‘Intelligence Project’ international intrigue is eerily similar in name & function. Please see Exhibit #3.

SPLC researcher Dr. Jeff Tischauser and Deputy Director for Data Analytics and OSINT Dr. Megan Squire co-write article’s for SPLC. We have previously shown Dr. Tischauser’s connections to ANTIFA. SPLC writer, Ryan Lenz, as we previously demonstrated, gave conflicting interviews to BLM and FBI concerning the 2014 “Bundy Ranch Standoff.”

Former SPLC law enforcement trainer, Laurie Wood, taught Local, State, and Federal Law enforcement on ‘extremism’ and ‘anti-government’ for 29 years. SPLC’s Extremism Council member, Dr. Cynthia Idriss-Miller has counseled WA AG Ben Ferguson on the creation of a DVE commission based on allegedly overinflated FBI DVE cases.

Dr. Heidi Beirich, an “expert on various forms of extremism,” formerly led the SPLC’s Intelligence Project.

CONCERN: Is SPLC ‘Intelligence Project’ related to Harvard’s Belfer Center – Intelligence Project? Is SPLC engaged in a conspiracy to weaponize both Federal, State, and Local government and violent groups like ANTIFA to coerce, intimidate, censor, cancel, and circumvent due process guarantees for all US citizens via supportive Federal, State, "

NOTE: Paul Kolbe served as the Chief of the Central Intelligence Agency’s Central Eurasia Division. In this capacity, he oversaw operations in countries such as Russia, the Caucasus, and Central Asian states. His tenure in this division placed him at the heart of the agency’s efforts to monitor and counter Russian reach during a period when the U.S. was aggressively pushing for NATO expansion and political realignment in the region.

Kolbe held several high-level Station Chief positions, the most notable being his assignment as Chief of Station in Moscow. This is one of the most sensitive and restrictive posts in the intelligence world, requiring the management of deep-cover assets and, historically, the navigation of complex surveillance environments.

There you have it: SPLC, ADL, CIA, FBI, DHS, Harvard...Kissinger would be so proud of them.
