I still remember the world before fatties

People were so much happier back then. I wonder why?

I’m morbidly obese ( about 85 lbs over). Have been for years, my own fault and no one to blame but myself. I can’t stand these fat asses that don’t own up to why they’re overweight.

Yes I do understand some people have medical issues that can really screw up weight.

Certainly a lot harder as I get older, the weight is definitely causing more wear and tear and faster. I should of listened to my Great Uncle’s advice, he survived fighting the Russians and subsequent capture by them in WW2, because in his words he was in his physical prime when he was “ volunteered”

Using Woodstock as an example. When I was their in 69' with a half million young people? Not one fat person everyone was fit a trim. Even my time in the military back then only our medic was heavy set. T.V. computers, fast food restaurants etc. yup the fat American..

Saw a video about McDonald’s in the 70s. It said the drink size was 7 oz. The portion sizes were tiny, people ate when it was time to eat. Between designated eating times people actually did chores, homework, played stankfinger with Mary Jane Rottencrotch or did hobbies instead of shoveling chemical crap into their face anuses. An almost incomprehensible world even to someone as old as me.

Living in one of the Bumble-est of Bumblefucks the Seventies were almost over before we got our first McDonald’s. I very seldom went there so I don’t remember the thimble drinks and the other franchises rolled in right after like an a avalanche of chemical trash. I remember the frosties at Wendy’s were trash can sized and only got smaller over the last four and a half decades.

I caught a lot of shit over the decades because of my obsession with the original Dawn of the Dead. It has a thousand people in it and only four legitimate lard asses and one pudgy middle aged guy. These days the fat to human sized ratio is flipped. It was filmed where it’s cold eight months a year, everyone was eating carbs out the ass and beer is the only safe drinking water and nobody’s fat.

Forget the ridiculous premise and crap make up and for someone born about the time Nixon gave the green light for the dumping of high fructose corn syrup into the food supply and you’re watching a demographic miracle of a thin but not starving crowd. It’s as alien as an early Rod Stewart video of a crowd of white people in an American city.

The Past. It’s like a whole other country (said in a Forrest Gump Voice fully aware of the finger to the Texas tourism office).

I remember only one person that was overweight in my highschool graduating class. And he wasn't obese like kids of today.

Yup you really do feel better when you get to a comfortable weight your body will let yah know when that is. You can be a bit heavier by as long as its muscle mass like someone like Merc. But if it's fat? Not good you won't have as much energy. The death of Americans is sugar and salt. I am on water pills due to half my heart being weak.
Read the label on any process foods you may eat. Holy sheeet SALT it seems every frigging processed food is loaded with freaking salt. To loose weight avoid processed foods as best yah can and I bet yah a case of beer you will begin to shed pounds.

Zapbound, both my boys are on it, The one with the back surgery has lost a lot as he was very overweight, the other one just wanted to lose a few pounds and has lost over 40 in four months, but we are all big guys. I'm considering it since I gained a few since my heart surgery and that's no good, but I'll be checking with my doctor on Thursday to see if it's safe for me. One shot a week, $495 a month right from Lilly's pharmaceuticals. They both reported being nauseous at first, and having to force themselves to eat, you need protein intake.
