        Every day I get those. I'm the registered owner of four houses (my kids live in two) I just tell them "Hey you're barking at the wrong tree, I am a Real Estate Broker, I know what I have". Oops, sorry sir. They are all looking to either get your listing or low ball you and try to buy it from you. Get on the "Do Not Call List" unless your house has a For Sale sign it's illegal to do cold calling for real estate purposes.
        Sometimes I wish I had a Harry Potter's wand and make people go up into smoke.
