The media has no idea what Trump is up to so they make it up or if they are commie MSM they get their propaganda from the IRGC. Trump is sowing confusion on purpose. The administration is not revealing the substance of negotiations nor is it revealing its plans to the media, so if you read "insider" info or leaks they have so far all been made up bullshit.
Trump has not changed his mind, he has a plan. He is using Iranian tactic against them. He is pretending to negotiate to buy time and to keep them off balance. Proof is the blockade during the last round of talks. The blockade is hurting the IRGC worse now than the strikes as most of the military targets are eliminated. He is also working with the Immortal Guard, an anti-IRGC unit in Iran. He has used the ceasefire to reposition thousands of troops into position and rearm. I also suspect his reasonable source in Iran is someone in the regular Iranian military. If you note he did not target them during the strikes. He is not seriously negotiating with the IRGC.
Watch the WH briefings and go to CENTCOM for other info. There is a Youtuber, Tousi TV, that is a good source for info from what is actually going on in Iran. He is from there and his father is still in country so he has some good reporting. Some of the Israeli sites are good but they are not saying much. -

I think this is correct. He is resetting the clock on the War Powers Act. It allows for 60 days of military action without Congressional approval. It does not say how much time has to pass before he can restart the clock but if Iran attacks first it is defensive and not offensive. This is yet one more brilliant move by Trump and the Department of War. They crushed Iran's military in under 60 days so no Congressional approval needed. As soon as they accomplished their mission they stopped all within the 60 day window. If it was not for universal TDS this war will go down in history as one of the most successful and well planned in history.

He certainly doesn't let Fake News
or Democrats in those meetings either .
