My neighbors nephew a border patrol agent in New Mexico I believe gave me a small talk on his job. "I am stationed near an Indian reservation alone in my SUV.. I was told to just sit and observe. Quite a number of people carrying back packs passed but on the Indian reservation so I could do nothing but observe. My orders were to just leave them alone."
Now they for sure were not carrying lunch so they had free reign to just carry on. Question is how far up the food chain is that 'just observe' order coming from??
