I spoke with a Navy S.E.A.L. who spent time their out of uniform spoke the language fluently and just mixed in with the local citizens. His mission he never said but he did tell me how those people feel. The vast majority want the A hole Taliban gone foreign troops gone and to just lead a normal damn life.
Their not happy with their present leadership but their helpless to do anything. P.T. has already commented that he knows good people are their. He and our military have to walk a fine line so as not to do anything that would hurt the good citizens. He could cut off their food and water but it would hurt the good and the bad.
