Tis just a little old rainstorm.
I've already had a couple soakers here this year, and they weren't even classed as tropical storms.
I'm as prepped as I ever am once hurricane season starts.

Gotta be honest, I was paying no attention to this one until today.
Still plan on working through it if possible.

Louisiana seems to be taking this one pretty seriously, mainly due to flooding. Tropical storm Cindy about 5 or 6 years ago, we were driving back from Pensacola and I told my wife I'd take her to the end of the Mississippi since she'd been at the headwaters of the river, it would be fun to say she'd been at the end of it, too. We got down to Venice and the storm surge was coming in fast. By the time I turned around, the water was a foot deep and rising. It chased us up the highway a ways. That wasn't the dumbest thing I did, though. Dumbest thing I did was stopping to look at a roadkill alligator. I have never smelled anything so foul in my life!

It's going to be a tropical storm, didn't have time to grow. But you're going to get water.

There is a riptide warning for the island. I'm in Miami now and my pool is very quiet though.

I'm still collecting that Saharan dust and putting it on my roof for protection.

                    I'll take it. LOL
I'm surprised that Trump isn't imposing a tariff on the dust from all of the countries that claim parts of the Sahara.

All the sensasionalized news, and Bertha gave me NOTHING. Yeah sure, there was some coastal flooding, but my area barely got passing sprinkles of rain.

You know what? I'll take it.
I'm too old to have to deal with real storms anymore

Good for you, we get false alarms in our area almost anytime that there is a storm in the Atlantic.
